Who are we?
We're a tech company providing B2B gaming solutions for HR/Training and Marketing/Loyalty purposes. We’re already working with global clients like Angelini, Barilla, Carrefour, Bulgari, L’Oréal, Telepass, ING, Randstad, Pirelli, Allianz, and many more. About 9 months ago, we launched our latest product — Gamindo Builder (have you tried it yet?) — and we’re already supporting major brands with training, awareness campaigns, marketing initiatives, and beyond.
Our mission? To bring the power of gaming into every company in the world.
Right now, we're a team of 19, and the growth potential is massive.

What are the skills and knowledge we are looking for?
- 3+ years as game developer (engines like Unity or frameworks like Phaser.js)
- Teamwork “siamo una squadra fortissimi” isn’t just the title of a great Checco Zalone song — it’s also how we define ourselves at work. You’ll be part of a product team, collaborating closely with frontend and backend developers.
- Problem Solving: being a startup means facing new challenges every day. Some people see that as a threat — we’re looking for those who see it as an opportunity.
- Experience with Git versioning protocol.
- Knowledge of Typescript

Let’s talk about us: what will you do?
You will be responsible for:
- Development, testing and release of your tasks and assigned games, according to the internal roadmap;
- Collaborating with Project Manager, Graphic Artist and Software Engineers to deliver compelling games;
- Making sure the game is free of bugs and, if not, fix them (we want to create the best advergames in the market!).
- Helping less experienced developers tackle the more complex parts of development.
What could be a very good extra?
- Knowledge of Pixi.js or web game frameworks;
- Knowledge of other game engines like Unity, Godot or Cocos;
- Knowledge of OOP programming paradigm;
- Ability in problem solving and optimization;
- Knowledge of Vue.js or other UI web frameworks

- Level 1: You apply with your resume and cover letter and we try to respond you as soon as possible;
- Level 2: If you are eligible to follow-on with the process, we will set a first introductory call;
- Level 3: If we are good fit to play together, a technical interview will follow;
- Level 4: 30 Minutes with the CEO a quick chat to see if there’s a mutual fit — we want to make sure our culture feels like the right place for you (and vice versa).
