Corporate Training is often SO BORING and USELESS, above all the compliance training (think about your last cybersecurity awareness training or GDPR course) 🥱
We strongly believe that Game-based learning is the solution to get people’s attention and to truly involve them with an engaging content.
Some stats: there are 3.2 billion gamers in the world, the average age is 36 and 90% of GenZ and Gen Alpha play with video games. The employees of tomorrow (but also today) speak the language of gaming.
Also, the game-based learning platform Kahoot last year was sold for 1.7 billions to Goldman Sachs. So yes: there is a big market and a huge opportunity!

We reached over €1 million worth of orders last year and we are ready to scale the business with our SaaS Products: Gamindo Builder and Cyber Shield!
We want to structure our Business team by adding a member to structure the Sales machine that will propel the growth of Gamindo!
You will have to work hard to reach the quarterly goals. Sales is hard. This can either worry you or excite you - it's up to you. Challenging road but with very high returns!
What will you do?
- Lead Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring smooth transitions between each stage.
- Prospect New Clients: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts (cold calls, emails, social media outreach) and inbound lead follow-up.
- Qualify Leads: Engage with potential clients to assess their needs, qualify them as prospects, and tailor solutions based on their pain points.
- Demonstrate Product Value: Conduct product demos to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions and how they meet client business objectives.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Chief Commercial Officer and the rest of the team to align efforts, improve processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track Sales Activities: Utilize HubSpot CRM to track all sales activities, manage your pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
What will power-up your game?
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales with Mid-Large Enterprise
- Advanced expertise in Hubspot
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
- A deep passion for identifying new contacts, nurturing relationships, and expanding Gamindo's connections with new clients to maximize revenue.
