The challenge we want to provide a solution for
Nowadays every company struggles to catch and maintain the attention of its audience (employees or clients), so by using gaming solutions, it can get people’s attention and be sure to truly involve them by delivering the desired message to them. After all, there are 3 billion gamers in the world, the average age is 34, and there is no media that can engage a person like a video game: we are just using people’s spontaneous language!

We reached over €1 million worth of orders last year and we are ready to scale the business with our SaaS Products: Gamindo Builder and Cyber Shield!
We want to structure our Business team by adding a member to structure the Sales machine that will propel the growth of Gamindo!
You will have to work hard to reach the quarterly goals. Sales is hard. This can either worry you or excite you - it's up to you. Challenging road but with very high returns!
What will you do?
- You will work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to
- deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals
- inspire and educate them on the value of our solution
- drive revenue generation for Gamindo through qualifying and closing businesses
- understand lead qualification and work with CCO & sales development representative to refine processes and accuracy through data driven decisions
- track all prospecting and account data in our CRM to ensure efficiency throughout the sales cycle keeping your pipeline organized and updated timely
- understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations and the closing process.
- Our culture cherishes entrepreneurial spirits and you will be among the first members of the Sales team. So from day zero we expect you to be the owner of your activities and an active participant in the company’s success. In fact, we know that especially the first 30-50 people in Gamindo can have a major impact on Gamindo's growth.

- Can you communicate effectively via phone, webinars, email and in-person meetings?
- Do you know what grit is? Because we are looking for a person who got it
- Are you a proactive person and constantly trying to improve yourself?
- Do you have a problem solver and winning “get-things-done” mindset?

- Preferably, sales exposure: up to 2-3 year of work experience in sales

Level 2: Let’s jump on a quick introductory call on the phone (max 30min)
Level 3: Let’s set a role-playing sales interview (max 1h)
Level 4: Founder Interview (max 30min)
